“الأمل ومجموعة منظمات يطلقون تقرير انتخابات تشرين المبكرة”
أطلقت جمعية الأمل العراقية ومجموعة من المنظمات والفرق التطوعية العاملة في مجال حقوق الإنسان تقريراً حول الانتخابات العراقية بعنوان (انتخابات تشرين المبكرة).
و يسلط التقرير التحليلي الضوء على مراحل العملية الانتخابية بدءاً من مرحلة الدعاية الانتخابية والترشيح مروراً بيوم الانتخاب وصولاً إلى عملية العد والفرز،فيما استمرت فترة إعداد و كتابة التقرير من ١٠ لغاية ٢٥ تشرين الأول / اكتوبر الماضي.
ووثق التقرير جملة من الانتهاكات الي رافقت العملية الانتخابية، وبين دور وجهود المفوضية العليا المستقلة للانتخابات والمنظمات الدولية والمحلية المراقبة للانتخابات في إرساء أسس انتخابات حرة نزيهة.
وخرج التقرير بمجموعة من التوصيات التي من شأنها تحسين مستوى تنظيم الانتخابات القادمة.
Al-Amal and a group of organizations are launching the Report on the Early Elections in Iraq
The Iraqi Al-Amal Association and a group of voluntary organizations and teams working in the field of human rights launched a report on the Iraqi elections entitled (October Early Elections).
The analytical report sheds light on the stages of the electoral process, starting with the electoral campaign and nomination stage, passing through the election day, to the counting and sorting process, while the period of preparing and writing the report lasted from 10 to 25 October last.
The report documented a number of violations that accompanied the electoral process, and the role and efforts of the Independent High Electoral Commission and international and local organizations monitoring elections in laying the foundations for free and fair elections.
The report came out with a set of recommendations that would improve the level of organization of the upcoming elections.
